Vuelta 2004

Details of next season’s Tour of Spain are leaking out all over the Spanish press, with much attention focusing on the introduction of yet another huge new climb that will stage a summit finish. The race, which will be officially announced on December 17, is set to feature no less than six high-altitude finishes despite bypassing both the Pyrenees and the Asturian giants of Lagos de Covadonga and the Alto de Angliru.
