It seems that the new Belgian TT/I Chocolade Jacques from Noel Demeulenaere is not yet ready to start
There are not (yet) enough sponsors. The only rider with a (verbal) agreement sofar is Dave Bruylandts (Bel)
More riders will follow later according to manager Jef Braeckevelt (HNB)

Today Demeulenaere was interviewed on Belgian tv. He said that there definitely will be a team next year. If they manage to find a new big sponsor, the team will have 3 million Euro as budget. Iff not, the team will have a smaller budget, but there will still be a tt1 team. They want Bruylandts for the races where there's a lot of climbing. They are at the moment negotiating with Johan Capiot and several riders. More news is to be expected at the end of the week.
Personal comment: Demeulenaere is a person who has got a lot of credit in Belgian cycling. He isn't a person who takes his dreams for true. He is currently one of the men behind palmans and marlux.
